FamilyCare Physical Therapy

FamilyCare Physical Therapy is a preferred provider for most of the major insurance companies in our area, and we will bill your insurance company directly.

Our staff will call your insurance company to check benefit information and will inform you if there is any discrepancy as soon as possible.

Our billing office will send you a monthly statement after we receive a payment from your insurance company, that will show only your remainder balance. Our system will not bill your portion until the insurance responds. Sometimes this can be confusing if your treatment has been completed, or your insurance has not paid all dates of service.
