Aftercare Program
All former FamilyCare Physical Therapy clients at the Freeland and Oak Harbor offices are offered the opportunity to attend the "Aftercare Program". The "aftercare" is offered for three months following physical therapy intervention at no charge. The primary goal of this program is to support our former clients in their therapeutic exercise goals. Staff is available to provide encouragement and intermittent direction, thereby helping our former clients to perform their exercises properly and on an on-going basis. Former patients are encouraged to attend as often as they wish without appointments. After the three-month period has elapsed, the fee for continued use of the "aftercare" program is $10.00 per month.
