Therapeutic Fitness Program
The Therapeutic Fitness Program is offered to the Whidbey Island community at large, at both our Freeland and Oak Harbor offices. If a person feels in need of therapeutic instruction and wishes to attend our clinic without physician referral, we would be happy to see them for a one-hour instruction session. During this session, we will fully evaluate their physical need for fitness training and advance a program that is appropriate to their condition. The Therapeutic Fitness Program is inclusive of both the initial evaluation and extended support of the therapeutic exercise program. Once a client has completed the initial one-hour evaluation and instruction session, they are invited to attend the FamilyCare Physical Therapy clinic exercise facilities in Freeland and Oak Harbor as desired. The fee for the evaluation process is $50.00, and use of the facilities is offered at $10.00 per month.
